Sign in with an OTP code

  1. Enter your registered phone number and tap Send OTP.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code you receive by SMS.
  3. Tap Verify. On your first sign-in you will also be asked for your name and date of birth.

There are no passwords. Each code works once and expires after 5 minutes.

Fill in the pre-visit form

  1. Pick the hospital and the department you want to visit.
  2. Enter your reason for the visit, describe your symptoms, and tick the signs you have.
  3. Submit the form, then view the tests the department usually orders for similar cases.
  4. A doctor from the department reviews and signs the order. You then pick a time slot and get a QR code for the front desk.

If you have warning signs, the system stops and directs you to emergency care instead of suggesting tests.
