For strategic partners

Partner with digital health infrastructure built around the patient

HealthAdvisor started with something small: helping one person understand their own lab report. It grew into a layer connecting patients, doctors and care providers. We are looking for people to walk the next stretch with us.

Why this platform exists

Three gaps we kept running into — none of which a single app can close.

Lab reports do not speak plain language

People take a lab report home and can read only “high” and “low”; the rest is notation. They search online, worry, then either ignore it or start over somewhere else.

Health data is scattered

Every test at a different place is another loose sheet of paper. Nobody keeps a continuous timeline for the patient, so the trend — which says more than any single reading — stays invisible.

A missing layer between the machine and the patient

The analyser has the data, the patient has a phone, and in between sit paperwork and queues. Much of a provider's effort goes into moving information rather than into care.

What the platform is made of

Each module states its status. We do not list what is not open yet alongside what is running.

  • Reading and analysing lab results

    Running

Photograph the report, get a plain-language explanation, plus a timeline and trend for each marker.

  • Symptom triage with red-flag stops

    Running

A guided questionnaire. On a danger sign the flow stops and points the user to in-person care, with no further suggestions.

  • Family doctor and household

    Running

One household, one doctor following it. Relatives without an account are still managed inside the household.

  • Teleconsultation, prescriptions, medication reminders

    Running

Book a doctor, receive prescriptions, get medication and follow-up reminders.

  • Marketplace for care at home

    Running

Home nursing, sample collection, device rental. Only providers whose licences have been verified can list services.

  • Remote monitoring

    Running

Device rental agreements, readings streaming back, alerts sent to the provider doing the monitoring.

  • Pre-visit workflow for hospitals

    Enabled per provider

Pre-visit intake, diagnostic suggestions drawn from protocols signed off by a department head, slot booking, QR check-in.

  • National digital identity sign-in

    Pending legal conditions

The integration scaffold is built; it stays closed until the legal conditions are met.

Who we want beside us

We are not looking for a short stretch.

Measuring in years, not quarters

Healthcare is a field where trust is built over years and lost in one incident. We choose to move slowly exactly where slowness is warranted.

Understanding healthcare and the public sector

Most of the value lies in connecting to hospitals, clinics and health insurance — places with their own rules that a polished demo will not change.

Treating constraints as part of the design

Patient consent, privacy, the limits of remote consultation: to us these are not formalities to work around, they are the shape of the product.

What a partner gets

There are no financial figures on this page. Everything below can be checked by trying it or by asking us directly.

  1. 01

Infrastructure that runs, not a description of one

Most modules can be tried today. You verify by hand, not on faith.

  2. 02

Several revenue sources, not one door

Care at home, device rental, teleconsultation and the provider modules are independent of one another.

  3. 03

    A way into care providers

The clinic and hospital modules are a natural way into the places where patients are actually seen.

  4. 04

Compliance built in from the start

Purpose-scoped consent, an admin log that cannot be altered, disclosure labelling for machine-generated content — built in, not patched on.

  5. 05

    A voice in the decisions

Those in it for the long run have a seat in decisions about product direction and priorities.

How far you can verify

Check the capabilities by using the product. Check the safety claims by asking us to show you.

Product capabilities

  • Free analysis of lab results, with a timeline and a trend for each marker
  • Marketplace for home care and device rental, with licence verification before a provider can list
  • Hospital modules: pre-visit intake, protocol-based diagnostic suggestions, slot booking, QR check-in
  • Three ways to sign in — phone, email, Google — and an account without a phone number still works

Safety and compliance

  • Each person reads only their own data, and that boundary sits in the database layer, not only in the interface
  • The administrative audit log cannot be edited or deleted
  • Consent is scoped per purpose and can be withdrawn; missing consent blocks the action rather than guessing
  • Machine-generated content carries a disclosure label under Vietnam's Artificial Intelligence Law 134/2025/QH15

What we commit to, and what we cannot do yet

The second half matters as much as the first.

Commitments

  • We do not sell health data to third parties
  • Reading and analysing lab results stays free
  • We state plainly what is machine-generated and what is a verified doctor's opinion
  • Users can delete their account, and deletion revokes every access that was granted

Not yet

  • This does not replace an in-person examination or medical advice — everything on the platform is for reference
  • National digital identity sign-in exists only as an integration scaffold and is not open
  • Some hospital modules are enabled only for providers that meet the conditions; they are off by default
  • We do not make clinical decisions for providers: ordering and sign-off remain with the doctor

If you see common ground, let's talk. We answer with something running, not with slides.
